-We won't sell air defense to you
-Why did you get air defense from somewhere else?
-Ok we don't want you to buy arms from somewhere else so we won't gonna sell you f35 either.

F35 can't fly where S-400 is covering airspace even in ally sky, that system is so advance and capable of gathering all sort of information and tracking and monitoring stealthy planes.
