Reports of some children missing from Nithari turned into the most gruesome serial killings in India. On December 29, 2006, two Nithari residents claimed that they suspect Surender Koli, a domestic help, had something to do with the disappearances of the children. Finally, Koli and his master, Moninder Singh Pandher, were found guilty of killing various minors for their cannibalism fetish. A sessions court has issued a death warrant against Koli and the final call will be taken by the Uttar Pradesh government. Meet the hangman who is likely to do his execution.
