What annoys me as a parent is waiting to see what i can and can't do with my own frikken child . don't we have any say anymore ? I learn better at home then at school - I know this is different for other people but for me I'd rather do home learning. Our school barely teaches us and to be brutally honest sometimes I don't feel safe there with all this COVID-19 situation as well. So I do hope they close the schools. I worry about my mum (Who is a teaching assistant) as she has had pneumonia twice and almost died. Its not always about the kids getting ill and spreading to their family, it is the teachers too we must think about.

In my mums school a teacher came in with a positive test for COVID-19 and only found out halfway through the day so they had to isolate and go home but that teacher had already spread it throughout the school. One of the teachers was hospitalised because of it and one teacher gave it to their vulnerable parents living at home who actually died from it. Its not a joke.

If Tories had an ounce of decency, they would resign before it's obvious that the virus is out of control. They won't resign but take a lot of us to the grave. My sister who has been a nurse for 34 years was asked to transfer to the intensive care unit as there are so many in hospital that need nursing care in a major London centre of excellence
